TNO is a a community-based non-profit charity organization that provides a wide range of services to support and empower low income, marginalized and newcomers across the Toronto area. TNO aims to improve the quality of life for community members through essential services, community engagement, and advocacy.

Resources and Information, Career Training, Pre-Employment Classes, Job Coaching, Placement Services, One-on-one Employment Counselling, Education Job Training and Specialized Job Training Programs, Workshops, Job Matching and Networking, Mentoring Program, Trades Connect Programs. Youth Programs Offered:
YJC is a paid pre-placement program that offers intensive support to youth 15-29 who face multiple challenges to employment.
Provides support to high school students looking for a summer part time job. For youth aged 15-18.
Trades Connect provides education and training for newcomers who are interested in pursuing and career in the trade. For youth aged 16+.
A program for newcomers facing barriers to employment. For aged 15-30.
Supporting counselling, addictions counselling, Walk-in, group sessions and case management are available to youth aged 12-29.
