The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH)

CAMH is Canada’s largest mental health teaching hospital and research centre. It conducts ground breaking research and provides education and clinical care to individuals facing mental health and addiction challenges.

Services Provided:

CAMH offers a wide range of services including in-patient and outpatient care, counselling, rehabilitation for mental health and addictions issues, specialized treatment programs, crisis support, and community-based services. Youth Programs Offered:

RISE - Re-engaging in the Secondary Education - TDSB High School (TDSS classroom)

Youth aged 14-21 with mental health challenges who are under the care of a physician.

Substance Abuse Program for African Canadian and Caribbean Youth (SAPACCY)

A wrap-around program for African Canadian and Caribbean Black youth aged 14-25 and their families facing mental health and substance abuse issues.

Youth Addiction & Concurrent Disorders Service

Youth ages 14-24 who have substance use challenges or concerns.

Mood & Anxiety Services for Children and Youth

Offers assessment and treatment for youth aged 6-18 experiencing mood and/or anxiety difficulties.
