St. Bernadette’s Family Resource Centre

St. Bernadette’s Family Resource Centre, part of Catholic Charities, is a non-profit organization that supports people with developmental and physical challenges. It focuses on helping individuals with Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and blindness integrate with their peers.

Services Provided:

Services include programs which provide inclusive environments for children up to age 12 as well as youth and adults aged 18 and over. Support is offered through parent relief programs and caregiver support groups.

Youth Programs Offered:

St. Jude's Adult Programs

Assist adults 18 and older with intellectual or physical challenges, this initiative helps them engage with peers without such challenges.

St. Bernadette's Children's Programs

Provides a supervised environment where children ages 18 months to 12 years old, with or without special needs, can interact, play and learn.
