SOY, an innovative program within Sherbourne Health, provides health promotion services tailored to the needs of 2SLGBTQ youth and young adults, including those who are homeless, racialized, or new to Canada.

Youth in Transition Worker
Youth Programs Offered:
Youth in Transition supports 2SLGBTQ youth aged 16 to 24 in Ontario who are in or have recently left foster care. This program helps with life skills, housing, income support, job search, education, health care, counselling, and connections with queer and trans peers and mentors. More than 20 rent-geared-to-income (RGI) housing units are available for 2SLGBTQ youth aged 27 and under. Applications are accepted as units become available.
