Lumenus Mental Health and Community Services (Lumenus)

Lumenus offers mental health support, development services and counselling, and community-based programs.

Services Provided:

Urgent Response Service, Wraparound Supports, EarlyON, Child and Family Centres, Children’s Mental Health Programs and Services, Autism Services, Youth Mental Health Programs and Services, Individual and Family Counselling, School Programs, Speech and Language Program, 2SLGBTQ+ Programs and Supports, Residential Treatment and Resources. Youth Programs Offered:

Griffen Community Support Network

Griffen Community Support Network (GCSN) offers crisis and transitional assistance to individuals aged 16 and older with developmental or dual diagnoses to aid in transitioning to independence.

Provincial Youth Outreach Worker

The Provincial Youth Outreach Worker Program is an early intervention program that targets youth aged 12-24 who face the risk of anti-social or violent behaviour, have a developmental disability and/or identify as 2SLGBTQ+.

Central Toronto Youth Wellness Hub (The Wellness Hub)

The Wellness drop-in centre provides free comprehensive services for youth aged 12-25 integrating mental health and substance use support.

The Studio

As part of the Wellness Hub, The Studio celebrates all 2SLGBTQ+ and BIPOC youth aged 12-26. It provides activities, workshops, and one-on-one support.

What's up Walk-in

Free counselling service for individuals 0-26 and their caregivers.

Doorways for Transitional Age Youth

Doorways provide mental health and or substance use counselling as well as case management services for youth 15-25 and their caregivers in Jane Finch community and the North West area of Toronto.

Live in Treatment for Youth and Adults

Provides a diverse range of licensed residential support services to youth and adults who require a structured, supervised living environment.

MLSE Launchpad

The Launchpad recreational facility located in Moss Park offer free mental counselling to youth and their families. Ages 6-29.
