LOFT is a community service provider in Ontario, that supports people facing a combination of mental and physical health challenges, addiction issues, poverty, and/or homelessness.

Services Provided:

Youth Programs Offered:

Independent Living - On-Site Residential Support

Available to youth in the Toronto, York Region, and Simcoe/Muskoka areas with less severe challenges, they offer medium-support and low-support housing options. For more details, visit the website.

Transitional Age Youth Housing Services

Shared supportive housing is available for young people facing mental health and addiction challenges, typically aged 16 to 26, and in some cases up to 29. This housing is offered to youth in the Toronto, York Region, and Simcoe/Muskoka areas.
