Hispanic Development Council

The Hispanic Development Council exists to promote the interests of the Spanish speaking communities in Canada regarding its access to services by all members of the community.

Services Provided:

Supportive counselling offers crisis intervention for individuals, families, and groups dealing with issues such as self-esteem, bullying, and family or generational relationships. They provide referrals to specialized services, including drug addiction and substance abuse support, mental health services, community resources, educational and vocational programs, abuse assistance, benefits and taxation help, as well as a Tax Clinic and Legal Information Program.
