Halton District School Board (HDSB)

The HDSB offers a variety of free educational courses, and career development opportunities for adult learners 18+.

Services Provided:

Adult Credit Program, Night School (for secondary students), Adult Summer School, English as a Second Language (ESL), French as a Second Language (FSL). Youth Programs Offered:

PLAR (Prior Learning and Assessment Recognition)

PLAR enables mature students to earn credits from knowledge and skills acquired outside of formal educational settings.

Indigenous Rights and Education

Additional academic support to students who identify as First Nation, Inuit, and Metis.

Expelled or suspended students (H.O.P.E.S)

Alternative Education program for students who have been suspended or expelled.
