Across Boundaries provides comprehensive mental health and addiction services that prioritize equity, inclusivity, and holistic care for racialized individuals throughout the GTA.

Services Provided:

Psychological services and consultations, Addictions and Wellness programs, Mental Health and Justice initiative, Family Support, Addictions and Mental Health Case Management, 2SLGBTQ+ Case Management. Services are offered in many languages and dialects. Visit the website for more information.

Youth Programs Offered:

Case Management for Transitional Aged Youth (TAY)

A range of support is offered to youth aged 15-24 experiencing mental health and/or substance abuse issues.
