Horizons for Youth

Horizons for Youth is a shelter for at-risk and homeless youth between the ages of 16-24 years old in Toronto.

Services Provided:

Case Management, Mental Health & Wellness, Life Skills Education, Housing Support, Community Support & Aftercare. Visit the website for more information.

Youth Programs Offered:

Residential Program

Provides emergency accommodations for up to 45 youths each night.

Housing Support

The Housing Worker connects clients with resources such as financial assistance and housing listings, and assists them in making phone calls to landlords and attending apartment viewings.

Ready, Set, Home

In Ready, Set, Home workshops, our Housing Worker provides residents with information about their housing options, as well as helps them prepare for their eventual transition out of the shelter system.
