The Toronto Mental Health and Addictions Access Point provides coordinated access to several services within the large network of service providers through one application and intake assessment process.

Services Provided:

Individual Support Services: Intensive Case Management and Assertive Community Treatment Teams (ACTT). Supportive Housing: Mental Health Supportive Housing Program, Problematic Substance Use Housing Program, Mental Health and Justice Housing Program. Visit the website for program information.
