COSTI is a community-based organization providing settlement, employment, language, and housing service to immigrants and refugees.

Services Provided:

Employment and Career planning services, Housing Help Support, Mental Health Services, Seniors Programs, English language classes, Problem Gambling Services, Settlement/Citizenship, French Language Training and Settlement Services, Refugee Services, Translation and interpretation services, Children and Youth programs, Skills Training, Women’s Programs. Youth Programs Offered:

Change Makers Youth Program

A skills development program designed for youth 15-24 to help them achieve their full potential.

Youth and Health Recreation

The recreation program provides an alternative for children and youth aged 5-24 to engage in positive after-school activities.

Youth Mentor Program

Linking Youth with community role models to foster personal growth and development.

Youth Job Connection (YJC)

YJC is a paid pre-placement program that offers intensive support to youth 15-29 who face multiple challenges to employment.

Youth Job Connection - Summer (YJCS)

Provides support to high school students aged 15-18 looking for a summer part-time job.

NetWorks

The program is designed for youth aged 18-29 to connect with mentors and network with other professionals as they prepare to enter the workforce.
