Youth Programs Offered:

Opening Doors: Youth Employment and Skills Strategy

The program offers individual counselling and workshops covering a range of pre-employment skills  to newcomers youth who face challenges with entering the workforce.

Early Psychosis Intervention Program (MOD)

MOD supports young individuals aged 16-34 in the initial phases of psychosis development offering an array of services to assist youth in achieving work, educational, and social network goals.

Opening Doors-Syrian and Somali Youth Mentorship.

Assists newly arrived Syrian youth in adapting to life in Canada by offering both group sessions and one one-on-one meetings. For ages 14-29.

Transitional Youth Program (TYP)

TYP aids young individuals aged 16-24 in their mental health recovery, and helps to regain and sustain age-appropriate milestones while mitigating the impact of mental health challenges.
