Hamilton Community Legal Clinic

Hamilton Community Clinic is a non profit organization that is funded by Legal Aid Ontario and offers low income individuals free legal services to individuals living in the city of Hamilton and the surrounding areas.

Services Provided:

Legal Services include: French language Services, Housing Rights, Ontario Disability Support Program (OSDP) Ontario Works (OW) Canada Pension Plan, EmploymentInsurance, Wills, Employment Law, Immigration, Community and Resource Information is available on the website.

Youth Programs Offered:

Queer Justice - Trans ID Clinic

Assists individuals to obtain documentation that reflects one’s preferred name and gender.

Mental Health and Substance Involved Justice - Hamilton Legal Outreach (HLO)

Free private and confidential consultations with a lawyer for individuals living with mental health challenges or substance abuse/misuse concerns.
