Youth Programs Offered:

Youth in Transition Worker (YITW)

Provides youth between the ages of 16 – 24 with housing support by helping obtain and coordinate housing. As well as, helping support youth to identify, develop and implement a personal plan based on their own goals for their independence and navigate the adult service systems, connecting them to relevant supports and resources in the community.

Youth In Transition Housing Support

Created for youth ages 16 and 17 that are currently in need of housing attainment, maintenance, and support.
